Chevrolet TrailBlazer is a type of mid-size SUV (Sport Utility Vehicle) produced by an American outomobile manufacturer, Chevrolet (a division of General Motors), since 2000. The production of this vehicle is still going on until today in 2014. The main body style for this model is 5-door SUV, with front-engine rear-wheel-drive and front-engine four-wheel-drive as its layout. This model was intended to be the successor of Chevrolet Blazer.
During its production period, the company released two generations of Chevrolet TrailBlazer. The first generation was produced in 2000-2008 in the United States. In the year 2009, the company no longer produced this model for the US market. Instead, the company released the successor of this model, Chevrolet Traverse. However, the second generation of Chevrolet TrailBlazer was later produced since 2012 until today in 2014 for the Asian market.

The first generation of Chevrolet Trailblazer was released exclusively for the US market in 2000-2008. It has 5-door body style, and built based on the GMT360 and GMT370 EXT platforms. It has 113-129 inches wheelbase, with 191-207 inches length, 74 inches width, and 67-77 inches height.

The new Chevrolet Trailblazer was released since 2012, with various improvements from the first generation. It offers great performance, control, and safety for you and the whole family. The 2014 version of Chevrolet Trailblazer comes in two different variants: the LT and LTZ variants. It also has various colors to choose from. The first generation of Chevrolet TrailBlazer features three different types of engines, namely 4.2 liters LL8 inline-six engine, 5.3 liters V8 engine, and 6.0 liters LS2 V8 engine. It has 4-speed automatic 4L60E and 4L70E transmission system.
The new Chevrolet TrailBlazer is powered with 3.6 liters SFI 6-cylinder engine capable of producing 236 horsepower. It has 6-speed automatic transmission system, sequential fuel injection system, independent four link suspension system, and 2WD or 4WD drive axle.

Chevrolet TrailBlazer uses petrol fuel with sequential fuel injection system. The consumption rate for this vehicle is 9.4 liters per 100 kilometers. The fuel tank is capable to hold up to 80 liters of fuel in one go.
