Cadillac DTS

Cadillac DTS was manufactured from 2006 to 2011 by General Motors as full-sized, four door luxury sedan. The layout for this model was FF and platform was K-body. It came with two engine variants, both 4.6L V8. The standard transmission for this model was four-speed auto and its wheelbase was 115.6 in.
DTS had a few trim levels, namely, Premium, Luxury and Standard. A later model was launched as DTS-L that was lightly stretched and offered more rear legroom. They had wider C-pillar and later, longer rear doors were added too. This resulted in slimmer C-pillars. However, production of DTS-L ceased in 2011. A modified DTS, named as Stagecoach, was used for George W. Bush’s second inauguration. This vehicle was designed and armored for specific purposes but details were kept classified.
