Spyker, also known as Spijker was a Dutch car manufacturer. It was started in 1880 by coachbuilders Jacobus and Hendrik- Jan Spijker. To market the brand in a better way in the foreign countries, the ‘ij’ in the name was changed to ‘y’ in 1903. They were basically originally based in Hilersum but moved to Trimpenburg, Amsterdam in 1898.

Scion is the vehicle brand that is produced by Toyota for the North American market. It was founded in 2002. The main goal of Scion is to claim to Generation Y consumers. The first models of Scion were xA 

Hatchback and xB wagon. They went on sale in 2003 in California.

The Saturn Corporation was an automotive manufacturer and brand which was established on 7th January, 1985 as an ancillary of ‘General Motors’ in retort to the accomplishment of automobile imports in the United States.  The company marked itself as a “different kind of Car Company” and managed somewhat independently from its parent company for some time, having its own assembly plant in Spring Hill, Tennessee. It made unique models and had a separate retailer network.

Volvo has always been famous for its truck and big road vehicles. But now, there are many cars that this company has been launching from past few years and now there are two different categories of vehicles in Volvo. There are now two different organizations for both the categories separately. The version Summum D5 of Volvo XC 60 is a perfect car- a value for money car! The launching price of the car in India was 39.5 lakhs. The price of the car now is in the range of 44.50 to 49 lakhs including the taxes. The car model is based on S80 Sedan platform. It’ a Belgium built car and is exported to India. The car has good city safe features, provides a good mileage and has good servicing facilities. The car model is most appreciated for its good exterior make. Safety features are also very good. It’s very important in a car to prevent accidents. Volvo XC60 is very spacious and roomy from inside giving to a good feeling to relax while travelling. 

Volkswagen is a Germany based automaker company. The brand name in itself is a significance of reliability and innovation. It got its Indian venture in the year 2007.Now it has its production facility in Chakan, Maharashtra. Its prices are generally higher than other companies’ competing models. But, it is no secret that the high price is worth it! Volkswagen Polo was first launched as the petrol version of Polo BlueMotion. The return is more upscale driving and the ownership involvement. 4runner, as compared to its other components, which are car-based platforms, is a body-on-frame SUV. The car is capable and sturdy and yields off-road benefits in everyday driving. The car however is roomier and more comfortable on pavements drives than other cars. Tesla Motors, also known as White Star (Code Name) was first produced in 2012 in United States, Fremont in California at Tesla Factory. Tesla’s model S dismisses the tralatitious thinking about the EVs- that- it’s a glance of the future, which helped it earn 10 best awards of 2015. Range anxiety in Tesla’s models is not a concern issue because of unlimited charging at Tesla’s network of supercharger stations is accommodated for all the models. 

The stubby and cute car, Smart Fortwo is definitely made for the city and that’s where it should be driven anyway as getting it on the highway can turn into a little terrifying experience! The 89-hp turbo three cylinder at the rear teams up with a six- speed automatic and it is enough for urban tasks.  The car’s body is tall and upright which gives an airy feeling to the cabin and makes it spacious for the driver and the passengers. The trunk space though, is limited. 

The 2013 model Lexus RX 350 F Sporty is an attracting car and the automaker rightly expressed it saying, comfortable, roomy, smooth, quite, and posh too. The ‘Sport’ according the some auto experts is not fully suitable for RX vehicle. This vehicle new F Sport has been made capable to deliver boosted performance. 

The current generation Volvo S60 has a long history association with us and it first lost out to the Buick Regal GS in a one- on-one comparison test. It was offered an opportunity to resurrect in a five corner contest of sport sedans where it finished last though it had a 60-hp advantage. The 2015 Volvo S60 now returns with a new heart.
