The Suzuki Motor Corporation is a leading international automobile brand from Japan. The company specializes in manufacturing of four-wheel vehicles, motorcycles, and all-terrain vehicles. They are also into marine engines, wheelchairs, and also internal combustion engines. Suzuki was the 10th biggest automaker in the year 2011. Suzuki is having its presence in 23 countries all over the world.

No matter how you cut it, Suzuki Reno was in every means a stylish vehicle which shared the basic style and architecture of the Suzuki Forenza wagon. However, in comparison, you can easily spot that Reno is having a bit more stylish body. Being a compact four-door hatchback, Reno got a public acceptance as an affordable car of use with good interior space and many advanced features. Being a less priced model, you cannot expect the class-leading features and performance, however Reno scored good in the driving comfort as well as fuel economy.

Reno was debuted in 2005, during when with a good emphasis on the value, Reno's big list of standard features really took the center stage. Most of the new-age compact cars offer the power door locks and power windows, tilt wheel, and other driving comfort features. However, going a step ahead, Reno offered all these features along with a micron cabin air-filtration system, a CD stereo and MP3 player, as well as height and width adjustable driver’s seat.

The Reno engine was also praiseworthy at the standard class, which featured a 127-HP, 2.0-L four-cylinder engine; however one shortfall was that the engine noise makes into the cabin. The competitors of Reno like the Mazda etc. were more refined and quicker by then. Suzuki Reno is still noticed to have an excellent value as a used car.

The interior of Reno came up as shorter when compared to the other domestic as well as imported car models. The materials used are not high-priced and the many panels and simply plastic and sheet metal. All these efforts are contributing towards its low price tag and this is one of the major aspect making Reno a popular choice. The cabin looks very sleek and elegantly designed. The color tone given to the cabin as well as the upholstery done are excellent. The driver seat as well as the co-pilot seats are ergonomically designed and are really comfortable. The steering wheel is also position at a comfortable height to make long rides fairly easy.

The variations made to Reno over time were also very minimal over time. In 2006, the company put up an addition of standard tilt steering wheel and changed the seat fabrics. In 2007 again a standard tire pressure gauging monitor system had been included to all trim levels. Even though not being into production lately, Reno models are in high demand in the second-hand car market and still stealing shows on roads. Suzuki however is continuing its voyage with many new models hitting the global markets, making their own mark in the automobile industry.
